Duties and Responsibilities:
The Director of Corporate Services is responsible for the oversight of all corporate business functions personnel and other resources including accounting, contracting, human resources and benefits administration. The successful candidate will
Participate in meeting strategic and operational goals of the company.
Manage complex projects and coordinate the efforts of several individuals to schedule and budget.
Possess knowledge of accounting, financial management, purchasing, property and facility management, contracting, benefits administration, and human resources best practices, including administration of company policies and procedures, recruitment, retention, education and training plans, benefits, payroll, workers compensation, unemployment, state disability, and EEO claims.
Lead, manage, and supervise daily operations of a staff of 6-10 personnel representing the disciplines listed above including 2-3 first level supervisors.
Mentor, nurture, establish and monitor staff development in support of the company's strategic goals.
Create insurance specifications, and review policy provisions.
Possess knowledge of statistics, data collection, and analysis.
Create comprehensive data presentations based on analysis of raw data and research.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for use inside and outside the organization.
Manage the company's ISO 9001 program.
Possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Education:
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business management or related fields with seven years of experience* or
Masters degree in a related field with three years of experience*
Work Experience Requirements:
At least seven years of verifiable experience* in the accounting, finance, contracting or HR professions
Verifiable experience in management positions of increasing responsibility
At least 4 years of verifiable experience working in and supporting Federal, State or Local government contracts where a diverse set of business service requirements were provided.
*Professional certification may be considered
Other Requirements:
Position requires travel to other company locations at least one time per calendar year.
Position may require the successful candidate to represent the company in a variety of professional events, functions, forums, or community activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical capabilities to support the development, coordination and staffing of IA strategies for NAVAIR Headquarters, major programs and field activities to support acquisition milestone decisions. Candidate must have necessary technical and communication skills and knowledge to develop, coordinate, and staff IA requirements in order to complete reviews of complete program protection packages.
Education and Relevant Work Experience Requirements:
Two years of Information Assurance Experience in strategies or program protection plans
One year of Acquisition experience
Ability to secure a secret clearance
BS/BS in Business Admin, Software Engineering, Computer Science
Excellent writing and Communication skills

Certifications a +
MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A GOVERNMENT ISSUED SECURITY CLEARANCE
