End-of-Life (EOL) Supportability Statement
CURRENT VERSION: ESP 21 Version 5
Version 5 will be supported until 12/31/2015, according to the schedule listed below:
NDTI will offer seven years of phased support from the general availability of a new Major Release. Please keep current with product updates to ensure no interruptions in your support services
General Support will be provided for two years from general availability of a Major or Minor Release, or one year after the next Major or Minor Release, whichever is longer.
Extended Support will be provided for three years following General Support.
Technical Guidance will be provided for two additional years, following Extended Support.
General Support includes: Updates and Patches, Security Fixes, Critical and Non-critical Bug Fixes, Technical Support HelpDesk and On-Line Self Help.
Extended Support includes: Updates and Patches, Security Fixes, Critical Bug
Fixes, Technical Support HelpDesk and On-Line Self Help.
Technical Guidance includes: Technical Support HelpDesk and On-Line Self Help.
