Software Engineering, Development, Programming, and Network Management:

Network management, database design / development / integration / configuration management, requisite technical documentation of corporate business-oriented information systems, on-site server and applications support of hardware/software failures, configuring/reconfiguring client/server software, and specialized support in web/portal application development, modification and upgrade. Business process reengineering in support of the Spectrum Management Strategic Plan. Evaluation of automated systems and manual business processes to determine applicability to the current business and spectrum policy climate. Business Case Analyses for identification of common workflow across various spectrum management forums and co-development of concept of operations.

Information Technology/Systems Management:

Server application code modifications/updates, operations and maintenance, web/portal site modifications and upgrades, application design, development, integration, configuration management, database consolidation and documentation of corporate information systems, databases, COTS systems, and state-of-the-art client/server technologies. Testing/integration of new systems, developing deployment plans, deploying the application, and providing detailed training. Server operations, maintenance and applications support, trouble-shooting server hardware/software failures, configuring/reconfiguring client/server software, performing server and application software installations/upgrades, and providing user training.

Modeling, Simulation, Stimulation, and Analysis:

Image generation, insertion and implementation of real-time techniques, systems programming, software development, performance analysis, verification, validation and accreditation support, and graphical user interface development.

Measurement Facilities, Range, and Instrumentation:

Field test support on aircraft, weapons, and vehicles with a focus on infrared signature measurements and seeker exploitation. Assembly of aircraft and weapons mock-ups for survivability testing, preparation and review of product assurance and safety requirements, support of field tests, and safety and hazard engineering for ballistic impact test support.

Configuration Management:

Program configuration management support, design and development of browser-based configuration management systems, preparation of configuration management plans, evaluation of engineering change proposals and Rapid Action Minor Engineering Changes. Advanced business process reengineering and deployment configuration support for next generation systems, tools and processes. Develop Work Breakdown Structures, provide business process analysis, and on-site trouble-shooting capability during the data transitioning process.

Training:

Training to U.S. Navy, U. S. Air Force, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers on the characteristics of missile systems and their integration with U.S. and FMS aircraft platforms.

Facilities:

Provide operation and management of Government-Owned Contractor-Operated facilities for photographic laboratories, message centers, document control centers, and video teleconference facilities. Includes maintenance management, administrative and technical support, operations, inspection, repair, minor construction and alterations for facilities structures/utilities.
