Eligible employees will be able to accrue comprehensive leave to use as paid time off (PTO) for vacation, personal business, and short-term illness. Eligible employees may also elect to cash-out accrued leave in 40-hour increments through our PTO buyback program.
Employees are eligible to receive paid time off up to 14 days to serve as a member of a jury and up to 3 days to testify in a legal proceeding when they are subpoenaed to be a witness. Employees will be paid the amount they would have been paid had they been working their normal schedule.
Employees are eligible to receive paid time off up to 10 days (80 hours) each fiscal year for Military Reserve or National Guard duty. This leave policy also takes into consideration the difference between your NDTI base pay and service pay.
