NDTI Enterprise Solution Platform 21 Version 5 will be fully supported by New Directions Technologies, Inc. until 12/31/2015, and thereafter will be additionally supported according to the schedule listed below:
- NDTI offers seven years of phased support from the general availability of a new Major Release. Please keep current with product updates to ensure no interruptions in your support services.
- General Support will be provided for three years from general availability of a Major or Minor Release, or one year after the next Major or Minor release, whichever is longer.
- Extended Support will be provided for three years following General Support.
- Technical Guidance will be provided for one additional years following Extended Support.
- General Support includes: Updates and Patches, Security Fixes, Critical and Non-Critical Bug Fixes, Technical Support HelpDesk and On-Line Self Help.
- Extended Support includes: Updates and Patches, Security Fixes, Critical Bug Fixes, Technical Support HelpDesk and On-Line Self Help.
Technical Guidance includes: Technical Support HelpDesk and On-Line Self help.
